Decided t blog while i take a break befr i carry on w my last set of 10 minutes. Im surprisingly and excitedly not dead yet. I really feel my stamina improving its fuckin awesome. And yeah, i haven't smoked since i started exercising actually. Maybe that could be a positive factor. So t th anon on formspring, maybe i might quite smoking afterall! Well, not quit. Just.. cut down. Hahah. I swear this is rare coming from a person like me who hates perspiring and shit, but exercising is really good for you. I mean obv physically, but it does wonders mentally too. Like i've never been so happy 2 days in a row man. And i know for a fact is due t working out because in secondary school when i used t go for morning runs every day at 5.30am, my days went really well too. I guess its that endorphins production hormones scientific shit im not gonna dwell into but yeah. Its basically my new drug. And th moment you start exercising, you also become really conscious on what you eat, it just comes naturally bc obv you don't wanna waste your efforts.
So i met this guy from Ireland some time back and i honestly thought he was genuine and such. But i woke up at 4am t a message from him, asking me t go t his hotel for a lingerie/bikini shoot bc he's supposedly a photographer and willing t pay me $100 for a 'shoot'. Seriously? Like really? Fuckin' douche.
Okay, im off t complete my last set, paint my nails, bathe, rest alittle and get ready for my castings. And tonight i really need t chill, unfortunately w no beer :( Ok, maybe vodka? Like some 5% one or smth? Does that have like less kcal? Hahah whyyyyy, why must alcohol have kcal, why can't it be like water.
Having this when im hungry t replace my breakfast and lunch. I know its suppose t replace ONE meal, but i don't usually have breakfast anw.
